So much for it being our network that was causing the problem thats what HP said. Thank you to those who suggested disabling Bi-Directional support. We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product. It won’t delete until I either power cycle the PC or the N. It’s works fine in our workshop using a static IP address and correct drivers. Scan to shared network folder is configured but does not work.

I can ping it, use it’s built-in web page to manage it what little management options it gives youI can manually print a page from the printer console, but it REFUSES to print anything from the network.
You’re not going to be able to use the advanced features of the printer from networked computers. Disabled setting on computer network card.
Both were purchased and installed at the same time, about 6 months ago. How much of a pain are they to deal with?
